Q: How many Weddings does Lake Sonoma Host each day?
A: There is always only one wedding per day.
Q: How many guests can Lake Sonoma Weddings accommodate for an event?
A: 200 guests for a sit-down dinner, 300 for a standing reception with high boys.
Q: Are we able to have the ceremony at the Lake?
A: Yes, absolutely, your ceremony is included if you are having your reception at Lake Sonoma.
Q: What is included?
A: Our Lake Package includes the venue, tables, chairs, glassware, china and silver, white linens and napkins, bar and bartender, full set up and take down of the wedding, and an onsite planner to assist you with your big day.
Q: How do I book my wedding?
A: When you are ready to book your wedding, we require a signed agreement, and the package price as your deposit. The cost of your food and additional add-ons would be due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Q: What if we need to change our date?
A: Depending on the type of package you booked and the amount of notice that is given, we can attempt to shift your date, but there are no guarantees that this will be possible. All deposits are non-refundable, so we encourage all couples to make sure they are settled on their venue and date prior to booking. Once booked, your date is set as a definite and we will start planning your special day.
Q: What if it rains?
A: Most locations in wine country do not have the indoor space equal to their outdoor space, and like them, we do not have indoor space to accommodate large parties. If rain is a concern, we will assist you with locating a tent, this can be done in advance to assure that one will be in stock, these rentals can be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to your event, if they are not needed. The cost of the tent will depend on the style of tent that you select.
